Ingredients: salt, coriander, red chilli, black pepper, ginger, garlic, paprika, aniseed, turmeric, sugar, mace, cumin, citric acid, green cardamom, tartaric acid (E334), almond, coconut powder. Cooking Instructions: 1. Mix Shan Chicken Handi Mix in yogurt and apply to the chicken cubes. Marinate for 30 minutes. 2. Boil the finely diced tomatoes in 1-2 cups of water for 10 minutes or till soft and tender. Sieve to remove skin and seeds. Keep the tomato puree aside. 3. Separately boil the onions in half cup of water and grind to a paste. Sieve and keep aside. In hot oil add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add tomato puree and onion paste. Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes or till oil separates. 4. Stir-in fresh cream, chopped coriander leaves. Then add melted butter. Remove from heat and serve immediately. Serve with hot.
