Ingredients: salt, coriander, red chilli, garlic, ginger, black pepper, white pepper, turmeric, sugar, mace, black cumin, citric acid, (E330), carom, tartaric acid (E334), soya. Cooking Instructions: 1. Mix Shan Chicken Jalfrezi Mix in half a cup of water and apply to the chicken cubes. 2. Marinate for 30 minutes. Boil the 750g chopped tomatoes in 1-2 cups of water for 10 minutes for till soft and tender. 3. Sieve and remove skin and seeds. Keep these tomatoes puree aside. Heat oil and add the marinated chicken cubes. 4. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Then add the tomato puree. Cover and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. Add onion, capsicum 250g squared silted green chilies stir-fry for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat.
