HDS Foods delivers to most major areas in Scotland. You can check the availability of our delivery services in your area by entering your postcode in our checkout process.
All our products are halal-certified. We source our items from trusted suppliers who comply with halal standards.
Delivery charges vary based on the delivery location and the size of the order. Orders above a certain amount are eligible for free delivery.
We cannot accept returns of food products. Please inspect your order at time of delivery. If you have any issues with any product please contact us.
Orders can be modified or canceled within a limited timeframe after placing them. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible for assistance.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept the return of any delivered orders/products.
If the goods ordered do not meet your reasonable satisfaction, we may, in our absolute discretion, send you a HDS Foods voucher or a full refund to the value of the goods that have fallen short of your expectations within 3 working days of receiving a complaint.
