Cooked Prawns – Mr Prawn

454g – Cooking Instructions: Food Frezers should be -18C or below. Caution:Extra care has been taken to remove shells,althugh some sheels may remain. Defrosting Instructions:Prawns should be defrosted by palcing in a controlled of temperature of between 2-5C.Once defrosted ,do not defreeze again-keep in refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.To defrost in a microwave (650W)Place 4Oz(113g)of prawns in a non metallic bowl and defrost on power level 3(or 30 %)for 3minutes.Leace to stand for 3minutes before serving.if you dont intend to use the prawns immediately ,store in a refrigerator until required.
