Ingredients:
Paprika, Red Chilli, Salt, Cumin, Carom, Turmeric, Ginger, Garlic, Black Pepper, Coriander, Mace, Clove, Cinnamon, Brown Cardamom. Cooking Method: 1.In hot ghee/oil fry the onions for few minutes. Add meat, Shan Meat & Vegetable Curry Mix and tomatoes. 2. Stir fry for few minutes. Add 2-3 cups of water. Cook on low heat until the meat is tender. Add vegetables and one cup of water if needed. 3. Cook on high heat for few minutes then lower the heat and cook until vegetables are tender.
