Dates are also Known as Khajur. Khudary dates are a soft type of date from Saudi Arabia; they are cylindrical in shape with wrinkled skin and come in large and medium sizes. Adding dates to home-baked breads, cakes, muffins, and cookies adds richness and nutrition to otherwise ordinary recipes.
