Ingredients: Red Chilli, Salt, Cumin, Tomato, Black Pepper, Brown Cardamom, Papain, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Green Cardamom, Clove, Ginger, Garlic, Star Aniseed, Paprika, Onion, Coriander, Citric Acid (E330), Tartaric Acid (E334). Cooking Instructions:
1. In half cup of water mix Shan Tikkiya Kabab masala. 2. Add this masala, onion, green chilies and green coriander to the mince meat. 3. Mix and knead like dough. From thin round tikkiyas 2-3 in diameters. 4. Shallow fry in 3-4 tablespoons oil/ghee till slightly brown on both sides.
