Kulfi Mix – Gits

100g – Creamy Indian frozen milk candy with Almond, Pista, and Saffron. It`s rich mouth feel is due to lower incorporation of air content during home preparation. Ingredients: Milk Solids, Sugar, Almonds, Pistachios, Starch, Cardamom Powder, Flavour, Saffron. Directions: For 4 servings, mix the Kesar Kulfi Mix with 350ml milk and blend well. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Simmer for 5 minutes. Allow to cool and pour in to Kulfi moulds or ramekins. Place in the freezer to set. Delicious on its own or served with 1-2 teaspoons falooda and rose syrup, to taste.
