Ingredients:
Red Chilli, Paprika, Salt, Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Ginger, Garlic, Green Cardamom, Black Pepper, Brown Cardamom, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Mace, Black Cumin, Clove, Fenugreek Seed, Nigella Seed, Carom. Cooking Method: 1.Heat oil/ghee and add meat, garlic, ginger and Shan Meat Masala Mix, Stir fry for few minutes. 2. Add onions and stir fry for 4-5 minutes. Then add tomatoes and 2 glasses of water. 3. Cover and cook on low heat until the meat is tender. Then increase heat, stir and cook until the oil/ghee separates from the masala. 4. Keep frying for few minutes. Then add appropriate amount of water (about 1-1 ½ cups) for desired thickness of the gravy.
