Ingredients: chilli,salt, coriander, cumin, turmeric, black pepper, brown cardamom, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, mace, green cardamom, black cumin, star anise, fenugreek seeds, ginger, garlic. Cooking Instructions: 1. In hot oil add meat, garlic, ginger and fry until the meat is light brown. 2. Add 1-2 glasses of water. Cover and cook on low heat until the meat is tender. 3. When the meat is done increase heat to dry-up all the liquid. Add onions and fry for 10 minutes. 4. Add Shan Dopiaza Mix and yogurt. Cover and cook until the onions separate from ghee/oil. Serve with hot naan.
