Ingredients: Salt, Red Chilli, Paprika, Papain, Black Pepper, Brown Cardamom, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Mace, Fennel, Citric Acid (E330). Cooking Instructions: 1. Apply Shan Fried Chops Mix on the Chops/fillets. Leave it aside for about 2 hours. Heat ghee/oil and add the chops. 2. Stir fry for few minutes. Then tightly cover the pot and cook on very low heat for 10-15 minutes. Do not overcook.
