Ingredients:
Coriander, Red Chilli, Paprika, Salt, Dehydrated Onion, Almond, Turmeric, Ginger, Black Pepper, Cumin Seed, Cinnamon, Clove, Mace, Green Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Garlic, Papain. Cooking Instructions: 1. In hot ghee/oil fry/saute the onions for 10 minutes. Add minced meat, garlic, ginger and Shan Keema Spice Mix. Stir fry for 15 minutes. 2. Add 1-2 cups of water. Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the minced meat is tender. 3. Add green chillies and cook until ghee/oil separates from the minced meat. Stir frequently.
