Orange Blossom – Cortas

Open the bottle of Orange Blossom Water bottle and take a whiff of this utterly fragrant condiment. Use it in a Moroccan salad of grated carrot, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, and pine nuts, just assemble the salad then sprinkle the orange flower water over the dish.  Also whip a few drops of orange blossom water into a mascarpone and cream mix and serve with strawberries.
