Ingredients: Chicken /Beef 1 kg, boneless thin slices. Suet/ fat 200 g, thin slices. Vinegar 4 table spoons. Lemon Juice 4 table spoons. Oil/ Butter 4 table spoons. Shan Shawerma Seasoning Mix One Sachet. Cooking Instructions: Serves 8-10 persons
1. Mix all the ingredients with oil/ butter. Coat the pieces of meat and suet with the mixture. Marinate for 1-2 hours.
2. Stir-fry meat and suet on high heat for 4-5 minutes or till meat is tender.
3. Remove from heat and if desired shred the meat. Serve neat or apply thin layer of mayonnaise on pita bread.
4. Add some shredded meat, a few pieces of cucumber pickle, diced tomatoes, chopped lettuce and few french fries. Roll and wrap in a napkin. Serve hot.
